Meet Allison Steffens

Allison’s passion for real estate began in 2019 when she joined Anne Hodge’s group as an assistant. Allison was an invaluable asset and she enabled the team to be more efficient and accessible to their clients. She coordinated the behind-the-scenes activities seamlessly which lead to a smooth real estate transaction. It was through this operational experience that allowed her to hit the ground running as a buyer and seller agent.

Allison attended Indiana University with a BA in Communications where she went onto work in advertising sales and marketing for over a decade. Her experience in these fields has honed her communication and negotiation skills, allowing her to effectively market properties and guide clients through the buying and selling process. Allison is dedicated to providing exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

What sets Allison apart is her extensive knowledge of the area. Allison grew up in Indian Head Park and attended Lyons Township High School. Allison spent almost a decade on the West Coast but moved back to Western Springs with her husband in 2014 to raise their three children. She feels grateful for the opportunity to help others relocate to the area she’s always considered to be home.
